Jen has had a successful sales career for over 35 years. Starting in the music industry in radio and ending as Vice President of Radio Promotion at Warner Brothers Records, she won many awards and helped countless artists achieve chart topping success. With a shift in the music industry in the late 90’s, she moved to real estate in 2002 and became a top producing agent at Keller Williams. With a keen interest in leadership, she served on the Agent Leadership Council for 3 years and became the Tech Coordinator for her office. In this position, which she held for 7 years, she was responsible for teaching new emerging technology weekly to the agent body and in doing so found her love of teaching and coaching others. While continuing her sales business, she built a coaching division within the market center and has taken it from its infancy to an extremely successful program. Jen has helped over 200 agents begin their sales career or level up an existing career.
Her successful program has gained her nationwide acclaim, speaking on panels at national Keller Williams conventions and conference calls about her systems for success. Jen also serves as a member of the Keller Williams Regional Social Equity Task Force, and within that Task Force is a member of the Education Committee where she is committed to using education and training as a way to bring awareness to issues of social inequity and to share and spread ideas of change.

Along with having her major in Real Estate and Urban Economic Development, Daniella is an experienced real estate agent, a past member of the coaching program, and has previously worked as an administrative assistant for a top real estate team in CT. She runs all of the daily coaching operations, teaches a weekly tech class to the group, coaches new agents to the program as they work through their foundational education modules, and is constantly focused on the continued growth and success of the program.
Nali is extremely creative and organized. She is in charge of tracking all of the program's production numbers and is always making sure that the group is improving and exceeding their goals.
